But with enough dedication, focus on your diet and exercise it is quite achievable. A person interested to lose belly fat should be absolutely committed to regular exercise.

The three basic ways to lose Belly fat and get your flat stomach back are as below:

1. A lethargic existence will only keep adding more and more fat to your belly. It is highly important to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
